An important security meeting was held for cheder parents this morning, to ensure the safety of all children and staff attending our Cheder at Chabad on Sunday mornings.
Although here at the Chabad shul we have paid security in place for Shabbat and holiday services, as well as for all major functions and events, in light of the recent tragic events in Toulouse, it has been decided to heighten the existing safety measures on Sunday mornings as well.
At a very well attended meeting, parents were briefed on basic safety and emergency measures and also had a chance to brainstorm and contribute ideas. A CST course for parents will PG be set up in the near future.
